Guest Information & House Rules

To help ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and neighbors, please review the following house rules.

General Rules

  • No pets or animals are permitted on the property.
  • No parties, events or large gatherings are permitted.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home.
  • Illegal substances are not permitted on the property at any time.
  • Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during community quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

During Your Stay

  • Please rinse off sand using the outdoor hose before entering the house.
  • Do not move or rearrange furniture.
  • Food and drinks are not permitted in bedrooms.
  • Please clean up after yourself and your guests throughout your stay.

Departure Checklist

Before checking out, please:

  • Wash and put away all dishes that were used.
  • Place all trash in the outdoor trash containers.
  • Turn off all lights and ceiling fans.
  • Leave the property in good condition for the next guests

Important

Guests who violate house rules may be subject to additional charges of up to $250 per violation, as outlined in the rental agreement.
