A Dream Built at the Shore

Brannan Shore began as a dream rooted in family traditions and a lifelong love of the beach.

Growing up, our family spent summers at the Jersey Shore, making memories that have stayed with us for a lifetime. Those beach vacations became some of our favorite moments together, and over the years we dreamed of one day having a shore home of our own, a place where family and friends could gather, relax and create lasting memories.

It Started with a Dream

The dream began with the purchase of this lot in Wildwood in 2020. What started as an empty piece of land would soon become Brannan Shore, a place built for family, friends and unforgettable beach memories.

Built from the Ground Up

Brannan Shore was built as a modular home, carefully constructed in a warehouse before making its journey to Wildwood. Once completed, the home was transported by truck and placed on it permanent foundation, bringing our vision of a family shore house to life.

Expanding the Vision

As our plans evolved, so did the home. we added a second level with additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, creating more space and comfort for families and friends to enjoy.
